Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you have the right to return it to us within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (including all applicable taxes) or an exchange for another product (at your preference). Any item returned to us must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, but you are allowed to take the product out of its packaging to inspect it.
Any refund will be paid to the payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold your refund until we have received the product back.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any item to us, unless stated otherwise in this Return Policy.
For a period of two (2) years from delivery (the “Warranty Period”), Toybox warrants to you that any product will perform as described and be free from any manufacturing defect (the “Limited Warranty”).
During the Warranty Period, your legal rights entitle you to the following in respect of any defective product:
- within 30 days of delivery, you may return any defective product and can request a full refund (including all applicable taxes);
- between 31 days and six (6) months of delivery, you may return any defective product and Toybox may (at its discretion) either repair the defective product, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund (including all applicable taxes); and
- six (6) months or more following delivery and for the duration of the Warranty Period, you may return any defective product and Toybox may (at its discretion) either repair the defective product, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, or provide a partial refund (including all applicable taxes) pro-rated based on the number of months you have had the product.
Where a product is repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, the warranty for the repaired or replaced product will expire upon the expiration of the original Warranty Period.
The Limited Warranty does not apply:
- to normal wear and tear;
if the product is opened, disassembled, or repaired by someone not authorized by Toybox;
if the product was not purchased from Toybox or an authorized reseller;
to cosmetic or other physical damage (including scratches);
to any product where the serial number has been removed;
to malfunction or defects resulting from the use of the product in connection with accessories, services or ancillary or peripheral equipment or improper voltage or power supply not expressly approved or provided by Toybox;
to malfunction or defects resulting from any third party software installed on the product without authorization from Toybox;
to use of the product for any commercial purposes; or
- to products delivered outside the EEA or the UK.
The Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product. However, you may transfer our Limited Warranty described above to a person who has acquired the product from you, provided that the person seeking to rely on it can produce reasonable evidence that they are now the owner of the relevant product, such as a letter or invoice from the original purchaser.
