Digital Purchase Refund Policy
You can process a claim or refund through our app or website at:
Bolt purchases can only be refunded if there are currently enough Bolts in the wallet to cover the original purchase and if it has been less than 30 days since your original purchase date. Purchases after 30 days are final.
Digital Toy Unlocks
Digital toy unlocks can be refunded into your virtual wallet if you have not initiated a print of the unlocked toy and it has been unlocked in the last 30 days or if the purchase was made within the last 24 hours and there is less than a full print of the toy.
Refund requests after you have started printing a toy are subject to review and Toybox reserves the right to deny any refund request of used toys.
