not bad

First, I’m 75 and bought the Alpha2 printer to stick my toe in the 3D printing world. Great little printer. However, I decided I wanted to go larger. I found the Comet on eBay and got it for even less than I paid for the Alpha2. However, it would not connect to my Wi-Fi. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement base. It worked even less than the original. Most would have given up but not ToyBox, they sent a second base and it worked! I now have both the Alpha 2 and the Comet. I can’t say enough good about the company. This is important when dealing with tech.

I bought a Comet a year ago for my grandsons. They were wanting to print action figures. I did a little research and thought Toybox was a good starter for a grandmother. Toybox customer service has been exceptional. They have replied promptly to every question this old lady had. When something broke they walked me through the repair. When that didn’t work, without questions, they replaced my unit. They even paid for the shipping to send the broken unit back to them.
I highly recommend Toybox to any beginner. They take great care of their customers!!

Easy to use. Although changing the printer food was hits challenging.
