More companies should take accountability for products like this. It instills faith in the Brand and in the product.

I haven’t used it yet as this is a Christmas present, but I have used the customer service and they have been amazing. I am sure this will be just the same.

We had an issue with the printer, and it couldn't have been easier to return and exchange for a brand new printer. It was quick and efficient, with step by step instructions that cost us no money! Amazing customer service!
